A. Japanese stock orders are shipped from a local Japanese warehouse. Orders can be processed within 24 hours.

Reserved products: shipped the day after the order is placed and will arrive approximately 4-7 days after shipment.

    Q. How do you know if the goods have been shipped?

    A. Whether you order via the online shop or via your smartphone, we will send you a notification email which includes the shipping date and tracking number. If there is a risk of delay, we will notify you by email.

     

    Q. When will my order be dispatched?

    A. We will process your order as best we can. Processing takes 24 hours (orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be postponed to a working day). If at that time you decide to cancel your order or change the delivery address, please contact us to submit a request.
